Moxy Hotels aimed to celebrate the inclusivity of Pride by making a bold statement at Manchester Pride. We were responsible for designing and building a float for the parade as well as enhancing the hotel’s decor, transforming it into a colorful, welcoming space that reflected the diversity and celebration of Pride.

Our brief was to design and create an engaging Pride float and corresponding hotel activation that celebrated diversity, inclusivity, and community, ensuring Moxy Hotels stood out as a key participant in Manchester Pride.

Capturing the vibrant energy and inclusivity of Manchester Pride while ensuring the Moxy Hotels brand was prominently featured and celebrated. Balancing the fun, lively atmosphere of the parade with meaningful brand engagement across both the float and the hotel space.

Our impact
We collaborated with the “Sue Presents Drag Events” collective to create a high-energy Pride float, featuring live karaoke performances that drew in the crowd and embraced the joy of Pride. At the hotel, we transformed the space with colorful and bold decor that tied into the Pride theme.
The “Glow-Up” makeup station was a highlight, inviting visitors to glam up for the parade and emphasizing self-expression. Throughout the site, we designed photo opportunities and vibrant decor to ensure Moxy Hotels became a focal point for Pride celebrations.

The Moxy Hotels Pride float and activation successfully engaged the crowd at Manchester Pride, enhancing brand visibility and creating a welcoming, inclusive experience.
