Background

Our challenge was to design themed areas that showcased different film genres while incorporating the playful and colorful identity of Little Moons. The activation celebrated the new Popcorn flavour mochi with an immersive, movie-rental-themed pop-up experience.

The brief

The brief was to design distinct themed areas, that reflect iconic movie genres, while representing Little Moons and highlighting the brand’s character. This included interactive elements to engage visitors and present the new Popcorn flavor mochi in a fun, immersive way.

Balancing the creation of visually distinct areas that showcased different film genres while maintaining the playful essence of Little Moons, all within an immersive and interactive pop-up space.

Our impact

We designed themed areas using colours from the Little Moons packaging to create vibrant, interactive spaces, including a space-themed sampling wall and a space cowboy photo moment.

The “Glow-Up” makeup station and animated photo moments encouraged visitors to engage with the brand, while a movie-rental-themed pop-up store was created in collaboration with Founders & Makers to introduce the new Popcorn flavour mochi.

Results

The Little Moons “Little Night In” pop-up created a buzz, attracting guests with its colourful design and interactive experiences. Each themed area successfully highlighted classic Little Moons flavours, while the new Popcorn flavour mochi became the star of the activation.

Anna and her team at Bazaar were amazing to work with and quickly understood the vision we wanted to achieve. Beyond this, I was so impressed by how organised and smoothly everything was with them from the build into running the event. They’d really considered every tiny detail and the quality of the final finish was one of the best that I’ve seen.
