Bazaar Studio is a creative design and fabrication agency specialising in brand activations, event and festival décor, set designs and builds, and unique corporate events and parties. We create just about any bespoke design you can imagine, and we build it wherever you need it.
Every event starts with a concept and a conversation. We find out your goals and listen to your ideas, whether they are fully formed or in the early stages. Our initial discussions help us get to grips with your brand and customers, deciding exactly how to engage them.

We create 3D visuals using CAD software to show you how your ideas translate into the physical event space. Your designs include any structures, props, décor, styling, lighting, and other features. We work together with your team to refine these designs until you’re happy.
Together we plan every detail. Our team hunt down the best props and decor, searching our stores and designing bespoke pieces where needed. We go to any lengths to find the perfect items, scouring antique shops, upcycling, and designing from our extensive stock.
The elements of your design are fabricated and prepared by our team in our workshop. We have skilled designers, carpenters, and painters on hand, and we use a trusted network of specialist suppliers such as florists, artists, sound technicians and lighting engineers.
On-site, we comply with Health and Safety protocols, and we have a trained first aider. We use structural calcs when needed for large structures and provide a RAMS risk assessment to every client. Our team work closely with any AV companies and site crews to complete the install.
We consider how each person at your event will engage with the space. Sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste – the senses are brought to life to provide a completely immersive experience. Our site builds and set designs are more than backdrops – they are journeys of discovery.

Our event production and fabrication capabilities set us apart from other experiential marketing agencies; we have the in-house skills to manage and execute complex set designs and builds. We deliver brand activations for global brands and provide festival and event styling services.
On an extremely tight deadline Bazaar were able to come up with stylish and practical set designs that aligned with my vision. Bazaar made sure the project fitted within budget, giving options for different materials and techniques. During set up and shooting, the team were always on hand to build and change over the Sets, proactively maintaining and coming up with ideas to overcome inevitable on-set problems.
